I am looking for long term care Im 48 went to visit Rainbow Acres it has to be the best place I have looked around and found this if you never seen Rainbow Acres I recommend going I hope to get in there myself all residence are called Ranchers there you will see that all of them are happy everyone there was verry nice and loving there is so much you can do 2016-11-22T17:33:06Z

As a resident of the Parkway Apartments Camp Verde I give them 1 star because I cant give them 0 My reason for this is because since the New owners bought this place they have only cared about the look of the place and not their residents Oh and they only worked on the look of the place to a certain point The back half hasnt been worked on The landscaping T 2021-06-20T05:53:24Z
As a resident of the Parkway Apartments Camp Verde I give them 1 star because I cant give them 0 My reason for this is because since the New owners bought this place they have only cared about the look of the place and not their residents Oh and they only worked on the look of the place to a certain point The back half hasnt been worked on The landscaping They didnt have a maintenance person for Nearly a year They havent sprayed for bugs since the last owners We Live in Arizona Monthly spraying has to be done or things you never knew existed will be in your home Snakes Scorpions Toranchillas ect Just saw a snake outside another residents door last night 61821 They took away our front porch now our back porches I mean REALLLY Theyre raising the rents in November to 1250 for 2 bed 2 bath with lease month to month will be 1500 For a 3 bed 2 bath 1475 with a lease Month to month will be 1700 Right now market value in Camp Verde is 900 I came into these apartments at market value but come November theyre having Every Resident reapply to see if we qualify for the New rents And if the dont they will have 30 days to vacate the premises Camp Verde is Not a high end place to live 95 of the people here are Low to middle class with a small few of executives and rich ranchers So Im wondering what they hope to accomplish by raising the rents 500700 more ... hide ...
