Ive lived here for around a year now Its a nice quiet place Many improvements have been made since I first moved in Its conveniently located to many of the local businesses and just a short ride on the city bus system to the rest I consider myself fortunate to have made Tuzigoot Village my home

Ive walked here as a short cut over 100 times the people are really nice But today a lady said I was trespassing and I havent seen any trespassing signs except for the neighborhood next to it Sorry for trespassing but when Im leaving the area please dont curse me out

This place is horrible Absolutely no landscaping thats why they show the back of the building not the front Buildings are filthy falling apart stairs and balconies are very unsafe and close to falling over How can they let people live here This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt

Beautiful place the property manager is super nice takes time to answer all your questions Most possibly the nicest appointed and prettiest and cleanest apartments in Cottonwood You must be elderly or disabled to live here

Once nice but buildingsfixturesetc are aging poorly There seems to be a general dysfunction between neighbors win complex as well

After speaking with I believe the manager I found out that they do not have anything available at this time I was hopeful that I could move into something sooner Give the positive experience I will be waiting for an apartment to come available Great customer service
