I have reported things that need repairs for almost 2 months now Nothing is done no response nothing 4 families have moved out in the past 3 months There is no one on site to maintain the complex

This is in response to Kevin Todds review of Eagle Cove Apartments If Kevin Todd is your real name and you reside at Eagle Cove you are an unauthorized occupant and therefore have no right to review the community If your review was written for a legitimate resident with legitimate concerns please have them call the office as we have had no complaints Eagle Cove does monthly unit services as a preventive maintenance program It insures the property is maintained properly as some of our residents forget to call in a work order when needed An annual inspection is conducted by the state in order to confirm the property is being maintained All residents are given a 48 hour notice prior to entry no exceptions Maintenance will only enter an apartment with a valid work order no exceptions Please feel free to contact the office with any complaints and I will be happy to assist you more ... hide ...
