Ive been on the waitlist since 2016 I call every single month and nothing has changed Years ago they said they send a letter out and it got returned Hmmmmm not true because I track my mail very closely and none of my mail has ever gotten returned I give up

I have been living here since Nov of 2021 I have no complaints My apartment is nice it was very clean when i moved in i keep it clean and they spray for bugs and change out filters monthly The maintenance team is quick to respond when you call in a work order The onsite manager is cool and easy to get along with There are alot of nice residents in the comp 2022-03-28T08:08:38Z

I want to point out that they hire regular people almost anybody to manage the building so when it comes to being professional they will be sometimes so the whole thing is mildly corrupt and unfair Ive only had problems with other tenants and the newest manager here since she was hired shes usually not here and for her personal reasons corporate is no help e 2022-07-01T22:15:24Z
I want to point out that they hire regular people almost anybody to manage the building so when it comes to being professional they will be sometimes so the whole thing is mildly corrupt and unfair Ive only had problems with other tenants and the newest manager here since she was hired shes usually not here and for her personal reasons corporate is no help especially when the manger has formed a negative opinion on you its practically over for you because that will go to theyre boss and once you try to complain about them or something they arent doing correctly they will put you off and blame you for it move here if your in need of housing but corruption goes through the whole deal they will move up who they please rather than income based but when it comes to quality living and feeing comfortable and safe that varies through your neighbors unfortunately Ive had problems with neighbors before I moved here so thats on a personal level management will ignore the problems you tell them your having Ive even been recorded by another tenant just for walking into my apartment quality is based where your unit is avoid these apartments new people will suffer if you have no type of connection with anyone here PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE more ... hide ...

Have lived here for 2 12 years Nice place Good manager Good maintenance They fix it when its broke Management is caring and understanding Quiet Couldnt ask for a better place to live
