The manager is the worst I have ever seen they spray chemicals in you heating and cooling vents the maintenance man is the worst I have ever seen The residence are just as bad jeri don and a few more are harassing residents forcing them to move the manager glen dont do anything about it I have gave him verbal and written notices if I dont make it out of 2021-03-25T21:04:13Z

Ive been living at the Village at Lake Mary Crossing for over 6 years with my young son Its safe relatively quiet and in a great location Management and maintenance here is friendly and always quick to respond My little family will continue to live here since we feel like weve established roots at this complex

This is the worst place ever Do not go hereI applied about 8 months Go for housing assistacne and have constantly been keeping in contact The manager had told me over the phone that they had an opening for me I went there in person and they gave my spot to another person I called them out on it and all the lady said that came back from maternary was oh Im sorry I just got back from maternity We always document all contact with people on the waiting list I said let me see my file And of course there were no notes so she says just because we dont document doesnt mean we never called Which they never did And I even had her listen to the recorded call and all she was able to ay was I just got back from maternity leave talk about shirt customer service I recommend all people to stay away from the place as well as the people who run it I know someone who lives there now and they tell me that the management always loses her rent check I couldnt believe that Hey suckers if youre reading this you should know that I repored you all to the Bether Business Bureau Good luck more ... hide ...
