The apartments are beautiful and snug in a small community you cant choose your neighbors some are amazing and good while others are resentful and hood The property manager Charlie seriously goes out of his way to ensure a great living environment Parking would be better if it was assigned I love the doggie clean up accomodities perfect for getting a poop bag in more than convienent distance for when you forget one inside The kitchen is my favorite part of the apartment lots of cupboard space for those of us who buy too many canned goods and never throw them out or eat them Floor is partially carpet which is not my favorite I have pets and hate cleaning so its a lot to vacuum and shampoo but Im lazy and hate cleaningI would 100 enjoy the carpets if I Didnt have to vacuum everyday and shampoo weekly but remember I have animals and Im lazy nnI appreciate Charlie for getting to know everyone in the community Its nice to have a landlord who takes the time to invest in and get to know tenants more ... hide ...
