The women in the office at this location are awful Ive heard how they speak to the residents of this complex They are very condescending almost like the residents are below them because of their financial situation Please either give them a class in humbleness or replace them It really gives people a bad taste of the place

I paid 200 holding fee and 15 application fee to hold an apartment back in April 2019 I went to visit the office to show me the apartments and they told me I probably shouldnt have paid the 200 as there was a waiting list So I asked them if I could reapply and get the 200 back They said yes and the refund would come via check in about 3060 days I waited and

I wouldnt listen to any of these negative reviews you see about this complex Mark the property manager is awesome and beyond friendly My first approach to the complex I noticed how clean and quiet this place was one of the many things I look for where I live The apartments here are decently priced and pretty spacious The management made sure my apartment was
