Rude uneducated staff I tried to call and get information and the lady at the desk hung up on me I called back and asked what happened and she said she thought we were done From the sound of it they are like most low end apartment complexes not worth your time or money Good Luck

Very friendly and understanding staff Catherine is great she is hands on and cares about the residents Maintenance is always timely and friendly The apartments themselves are spacious especially when compared to others in the area Would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in Kingman
