I have a friend that is very unhappy living thereShes been there thirty plus yearsthis woman told me that the people who run the building have crazy rules like not allowing the tenants to attend college I think its a stupid rule and low income apartment managers should not dictate what the tenants do with their personal lives outside of the tenants paying fo 2017-03-21T17:09:28Z
