I rented a two bedroom 5months ago no problems to date Easy move in No bugs or any issues like that Maintenance seems to be fine only had to use them once or twice Virginia is awesome and always helpful in the office Some parents dont watch there kids and they are very noisy but I have seen this in ALL apartments I have lived in Newer building no complaints

I rented a two bedroom 5months ago no problems to date Easy move in No bugs or any issues like that Maintenance seems to be fine only had to use them once or twice Virginia is awesome and always helpful in the office Some parents dont watch there kids and they are very noisy but I have seen this in ALL apartments I have lived in Newer building no complaints here It is in downtown Mesa so area isnt perfect but my kids private school is in this area and I was aware of that Overall good apartmentnnUpdate 12919noffice staff is friendly no issuesnThey opened a nice park before I moved right across the street We liked it a lot However didnt expect that there would be so much more homeless people It just brought unwanted traffic And then people selling snacks at the park came into the complex and there was so much trash everywhere The maintenance did try to pick up more My car battery was stolen 2 weeks before my move RM towing they use damages peoples cars My 2010 Versa was totaled after my mom parked in a handicap during the tow suffered frame damage from the tow company dragging it out marks on the tires and a bent in wheel I just moved out a month agonnIf they properly gated this complex it would help so much

Believe all the bad reviews theyve earned them As we were touring the property a resident told us to run away as fast as you can Sage advice that anyone reading this should follownnThey will tell you for months that you are approved and that they have a unit for you Then you will place a holding deposit and get your stuff ready to move Once you have a truck full of your household goods ready to go they will call you on the day of the move in to tell you that you are no longer approved But you are approved for an apartment at a sister complex for 1300 a month This feels like a bait and switch to me offer you a place for 1000 a month and then once they have you over a barrel they offer you a similar place for 1300nnSo now youre left scrambling to find a place to live and fighting them to get your deposit backnnSuper shady we are following up with an attorney to see if they can be held liable for not only our deposit but the storage locker fee truck rental labor cost for the move and time spent having to stay at a hotel while we look for another place to livennDo not give these criminals your moneynnGive me back my deposit before we take this further you scumbags
