I applied for this place paid my 70 nonrefundable applications fee lady tells me to put down a holding deposit of 200 which is refunable and said on the application but the lady wasnt telling me whether I got approved or not but told me i can move in once I have the other 400 for the whole 600 deposit and I couldnt go through with it due to lack of money and 2018-11-07T06:44:50Z

Beautiful and clean apartment complex Located near Walmart and other shops The only negative thing I felt or saw at this complex is there are no washer and dryer in any of the units There are hook ups and space for the washer and dryer or you could go to a coin laundry in town Also if you choose to be a renter here they will put you on a waiting list It took 2018-05-04T16:06:00Z
Beautiful and clean apartment complex Located near Walmart and other shops The only negative thing I felt or saw at this complex is there are no washer and dryer in any of the units There are hook ups and space for the washer and dryer or you could go to a coin laundry in town Also if you choose to be a renter here they will put you on a waiting list It took me a year to be the top of the list Dont forget this is a HUD Government subsidized Apartment Meaning you have to meet their income criteria and background check So dont put your name on the waiting list like I did for your friend If you do make sure your freinds name is on the list too and the main applicant can always back out from the application and keep your friend on top of the list more ... hide ...
