They are doing renovation and renewing everything Better then many other apartments that doesnt care about people have old and unusable stuff So they really care about about people here

Lived here now about four years no regretsstaff and residents are friendly people come and go as they please stores are walking distance And the rent depends on your income or disability

Your Deposit will be Beer money for the Manager Its ok if your nieghbors have Bed Bugs and have to lose all thier furniture No Hott water have to walk by dog poop and urnineand barf because they dont want to clean it for 3 or 4 weeks We had gun shots go thru are walls and windows several times we were asked to move because of it and Diamond asset managent di 2013-09-11T19:42:30Z
