Honestly I wish they would have more consideration for all tenants that utilize the facilities I continue to get my clothes locked in the laundry room overnight I understand that they are trying to keep the individuals that go in the laundry room and use the restroom in the trash can or use the laundry room to smoke pills on aluminum foil I wish they would 2021-01-07T13:18:53Z
Honestly I wish they would have more consideration for all tenants that utilize the facilities I continue to get my clothes locked in the laundry room overnight I understand that they are trying to keep the individuals that go in the laundry room and use the restroom in the trash can or use the laundry room to smoke pills on aluminum foil I wish they would install a camera for safety of mgmt team and tenants Then maybe we would be able to stressfree use the facilities and not have innocent child walk in on drug users while they are using as well as using the restroom in the trash can Also then mgmt just might honor the posted hours monfri opened til 10pm But always locked early and then on sat and sun closed at 9 pm and same inconvenient bs locked early ty more ... hide ...

Poor mangement I lived here for 2 going on 3years the office lady Ms nina is very rude she plays favoritism with many tenants that she likes The ones that are her least favorite if any problems occur she with play sides an have you removed or your least terminated Many tenants including myself are awear that the maintenance man in D7 enters your home without 2019-02-12T19:46:15Z

I would like to say I have been here for a couple of months and I dont see any of the problems that others have written I have not seen 1 bug since I have been here No matter where you go even gated communities there will be undesirable people So yes there are some here as well Just say hello and keep moving I have not been bothered by anyone My neighbors ar 2021-11-14T16:03:36Z
I would like to say I have been here for a couple of months and I dont see any of the problems that others have written I have not seen 1 bug since I have been here No matter where you go even gated communities there will be undesirable people So yes there are some here as well Just say hello and keep moving I have not been bothered by anyone My neighbors are wonderful I never hear a peep from the upstairs The apartments have solid brick walls so I never hear a thing It is so nice to have the office to walk the property and apartments to keep us safe and keep the property clean and safe as well I have lived in places where the office managed the property from a desk and you cant do that They are very good at there jobs So if you want a sound solid and a safe managed property this is for you Oh did I mention the crystal clear 2 swimming pool what a great amenity more ... hide ...
