I have been inquiring to be a future resident at this place since January and honestly have had a terrible experience I was looking to rent a 2 bedroom unit and would move in with a current resident who would transfer to a 2 bedroom unit with me We tried to start this process back in January and we were told there were not any available units but we would be 2022-03-28T22:04:12Z
I have been inquiring to be a future resident at this place since January and honestly have had a terrible experience I was looking to rent a 2 bedroom unit and would move in with a current resident who would transfer to a 2 bedroom unit with me We tried to start this process back in January and we were told there were not any available units but we would be first on the list when something opened up After about a month we still had not heard anything from the front office manager Shawna about any available units We reached back out and found that they had some units coming up so my future roommate went down to figure out what was needed of us This was on a Thursday We were informed of the available units and told we needed to pay a 300 fee for the transfer of my roommate My future roommate emailed Shawna back on Friday after the office closed and asked if there was a 2 bedroom unit for us to tour On that Monday Shawna responded back to my future roommate and said that basically all the units have already been rented out so we would have to wait for another opening Even though we were told we would have first pick and there was NO mention of the 300 being a holding fee instead of a transfer fee we somehow lost out on the apartments within 3 days Shawna also said its unrealistic for you to think we would hold the units for you even though we had been told more than once that we had first pick This was also within the timeframe of a couple days so within 3 days all of the units had been rented even though the front office was closed for 2 of those 3 days Completely unprofessional We later received a call from Shawna at the front office and told that the units were still available and that she lied to us because the apartment was in the middle of ownership and they had to put a hold on renting out units Shawna and ReNue Downtown promised us something but instead of being truthful and saying they were holding off on renting out the available units she straight up lied to usnnEven though the 3 initial units were available again we have been trying to inquire with Shawna and the front office on what we needed to continue the transfer for my roommate and for me to continue the process for becoming a resident but we have just been ignored I have not gotten a call back from them and my roommate has not gotten any of his emails or phone calls answered either from either the front offie at ReNue or the regional manager LonnannThis has been such a terrible experience as a future resident You can tell this place does not care about its tenants both current and future Save your time and money and find literally anywhere else that will show you an ounce of respect We have now wasted months with trying to get a new unit with this place when we could have been looking elsewhere more ... hide ...

I have been a resident here for 5 years I have seen jevan properties who own dimensions on 27 invest in many scenic and security improvements When complaints are registered by past or present tenants the source of their complaints can be traced usually through non compliance to the policies and protocols they signed to abide by when leasing Property management companies are not responsible for an individuals choice to disrupt this peaceful communities compliant tenants Nor are they responsible for the neighborhoods criminal element What they are responsible for is to provide information and warnings of policy changes Mandatory cable and internet service have become a very uncomfortable choice made by management without any concerns regarding income restrictions of the tenants or choice Im upset and will be moving soon because of this unfair requirement Also a persons pet clean up responsibiIities need addressing there are bug issues that need serious addressing I cannot recommend living here more ... hide ...

I car here back in march I do believe and its been good the people in the office are great my neighbors are all good to me polite and respectful its a very mixed apartment complex and im probably the minority in the place but everyone is on top of being polite friendly its quiet at night and in the day also neighbors are great close to stores outside kept 2022-06-15T06:25:08Z
