Honestly I believe the property is in a solid centralized location which allows you be to close major freeways bars restaurants and is only 12 minutes from downtown PHX It is nestled away in a great neighborhood which is very peaceful Management and Maintenance has always been available when needed and are always in the office They do communicate well with residents if there is any issues on the property via text and email My only draw backs are rent increased a little too much for no additional services blame inflation and the influx of new residents And there is a noticeable bugpest problem depending on your unit Though there is an exterminator that comes Ive had to address the issue myself which as worked wonders Other than that its been great living here

I was staying at a hotel and I smelled a strong smoke scent I walked to the front desk and they told me it was nothing to worry about I went back to my room and when I woke up a firefighter was carrying me I looked at the building and it had burnt down I went on to marry the fireman and we now have 3 kids I dont recommend it unless youre looking to find a se

I do not recommend these apartments at all Came in more than 2 months prior to my move in date looking for a renovated studio and was only shown pictures of the bathroom and those pictures didnt match what I saw on my move in date I had to wait until my literal move in date to see the apartment and when I was able to see it there was construction on both sid

I do not recommend these apartments at all Came in more than 2 months prior to my move in date looking for a renovated studio and was only shown pictures of the bathroom and those pictures didnt match what I saw on my move in date I had to wait until my literal move in date to see the apartment and when I was able to see it there was construction on both sides of the apartment maintenance was inside fixing my ac which was evidence that they do in fact have an issue with the ac breaking and the apartment looked run down inside and out They also have horrible police reports in the area so this is not a safe place for singles or ladies in general Avoid at all cost I expressed my safety concerns and frustrations with not being able to tour my apartment or a similar style and I just got a good luck on your search and sorry Not even a refund for wasting my time These apartments are super small unsafe unkept and known to have ac and water go out I was even told that maintenance can take a long time to fulfill request This apartment is not worth your mental health or safety Avoid at all cost
