I have a close friend who lives here in the building and he is a coordinator for eventsand he is deaf Very very nice place it is for people over age 55 like me i am 58 but have not yet applied because i live in Flagstaff AZ I recommend this place for anyone over age 55

It really takes a long time to get anything fixed It took over a month plus a letter threatening to subcontract and deduct from rent to get toilet fixed I now have severe cracks in my bedroom wall because the building foundation is shiftingsinking I have been waiting a month to have someone take a look Just complained again Garbage disposal is now making str 2017-12-27T04:13:07Z

This apartment complex is a really great place to live for seniors and those with disabilities The rent is reasonable and the managers care for their tenants

I think this is excellent for seniors over age 55 and a real nice place too people would love it for sure
