The cigarette smell is horrible Some of the residents still smoke in their apartments I went from no oxygen use to using oxygen 24 7 after being here less than one year The hallways are dark and dingy smells musty The rules are not enforced Looking for a place to rent that is smoke free pass this one up

Front door does not work Disabled wheelchair residents have to push to get through it Fire hazard 2nd floor tenant is allowed to keep shopping cart next to stairway Tenants keep dogs inside call animal control and wash towels with urine and feces in laundry facilities where others wash their linens

I LOVE the landlords They are the sweetest people I have ever met But the atmosphere of the complex is awful Specifically the kids The kids in the complex are the worst kids I have ever met I just rushed my kids out of the complex as a 3 year old screamed cuss words at me and called us all kinds of rude names I wish I was joking These kids are absolutely out
