I am currently a tenant here and Im not really sure where to start The management team is not the worse and they do try to help but I think the issue is the owner I have heard stories of the owner not taking responsibilities to fix things around the apartment For example our main issue right now is hot water The heater has been broken for months and we were 2022-07-12T17:49:40Z
I am currently a tenant here and Im not really sure where to start The management team is not the worse and they do try to help but I think the issue is the owner I have heard stories of the owner not taking responsibilities to fix things around the apartment For example our main issue right now is hot water The heater has been broken for months and we were kept being told that they are trying to fix it but parts arent even being ordered There have been water leaks around the property and the maintenance team does absolutely nothing to help When putting in maintenance request it takes weeks or even months to get anything done Please just save your money and look somewhere else more ... hide ...

I read the most recent review and I do not agree with it because I have lived at this property for 3 years I dont have any issues I love this place and the employees are awesome

Dont depend upon any literature or documentation you may have read about pricing with The Place at Wilmot Vista North Rather be expecting pricing that will not match what their leasing agent will show you in her own handwriting And when you check them out online ask yourself why are there so many good 1 bedroom apartments available Thats the bait Just be re 2022-07-26T22:57:55Z

Very horrible and corrupt place Management of this place is the worst she thinks its okay to talk to people any way she wants but if you stand up for yourself she will do everything in her power to make your life hell like she will try to tow your car shell try to take rent but not give a recipe so later she can say you didnt pay it and kick you out and most of all she will find every reason not to give your deposit back no matter how good the apartment looks when you move out Do not move here unless they remove Norma from being landlady Also they dont fix anything needing to be fix Nothing has been replaced when it needed to be The pool is always disgusting and never maintained And theres black spots that come up in the carpets which carpenters have said thats black mold but theyll do nothing about it and if you see black mold in your bathroom they will just cover it with cock instead of actually dealing with it Its a very horrible place to live in Oh and apartments smell horrible more ... hide ...

I have lived here over 8 years and I LOVE it here Yes there have been times when management wasnt available but if I needed to discuss something with the manager I would just call the number listed on the office door and someone would contact me the same day without fail It is mostly quiet here with the exception of summer breaks and people using the pool wh 2018-01-12T02:12:25Z
I have lived here over 8 years and I LOVE it here Yes there have been times when management wasnt available but if I needed to discuss something with the manager I would just call the number listed on the office door and someone would contact me the same day without fail It is mostly quiet here with the exception of summer breaks and people using the pool which I live next to The noise has not been an issue for me though The rent has gone up over the years which reflects the normal cost of living increases that happen to everyone I think it is a great value for the location and size of my apartment I plan on staying here for the foreseeable future It is close to my doctors grocery stores and Park Place Mall Our current manager Loretta is quick to resolve any issues I have regarding maintenance and shes a great lady And our main maintenance man is awesome more ... hide ...
