This place has become so ghetto stolen cars vandalized cars and management doesnt do anything They are not luxury apartments at all like they advertise more like low income projects Rebecca Dawtyoffice manager treats tenants with such disgust the way she speaks to tenants as if shes above everyone Sends threatening emails and text messages I wouldnt recommen 2022-08-12T17:46:30Z

New review post for me this year 2022 Alycia was in the office did a great job Managing my new move to an upgraded down stairs apartment Monica is now the Manager who is overseeing anything that I need she is awesome too And Josue in maintenance team always what I need in the best time he can Thank you to everyone and the apartment awesome Cory S

Villa Delano is a great Commuinity And the leasing Agent gives the upmost outstanding customer service Ive had in 2020 She is one of those mangers you wish to haveHer consistency problem solving and relentless to make sure her tenants are comfortable is much appreciated thanks

I have had my roof leaking in my B bedroom for a year They say they coat the roofstill leaking and now I have 5 leaks and holes in my ceiling and I have to sleep on the couch The owner of this obviously sucks And I wonder why the manager is moving Oh and I have my daughter here too

This car wash was great could use a little more pressure on the shine mode But I loved it because they actually let you get good time for the money they make you pay Would definitely come back
