Management is strict but on top of the overall health of the complex Maintenance is diligent The apartments are spacious and beautiful The rainbow office is great for low income families looking for help to advance in their educationcareers We tend to get an abundant amount of notices for stuff Ive never had to do in my previous years of renting ex consent to view electric usage or charged randomly for exterior door cleaning etc There is an online portal to pay your rent BUT it is a 10 service fee for any and all transactions That is extremely high especially during COVID and in a lowincome housing complex Lets just say Ive had my fair share of ups and downs that I could probably write a novel about BUT it has gotten much better with equal communication and respect If you plan to rent here just dont come with any nonsense or thinking you can violate even the simplest rules or you will be held accountable Communicate with office staff and youll get along much easier when issues do happen more ... hide ...

This place is bad the lady Gloria is crazy she thinks she own the place i went there i did my app to move in after i did my app she tells me if i want to see a apartment and then she says your not going to get it any ways with out reviewing my info so we go and look she show me the place opens the door says there it is then she closes the door says thank you for comeing then the next day she calls me and says i could move in before the end of the month i told her let me call you back i was driveing so i called her back she ancers the phone i say sorry i was driveing when you called she says when did we talk i told her you just called me so i called you back a bought the apartment she says i never called you so i moved some where else so later on i have a friend who is a veteran and she did the same thing to him he told me what happind to him i was where did this happin at the downtown motors same lady gloria so i guess thats her thing bad place or just a bad land lady with power trip problems if she has done this to you please wright a review so we can let her boss know thanks for reading more ... hide ...
