Ive been here for 2 years I never had any issues until i got engage My bff comes over alot but doesnt live there I came home from work with a notice that said i had to vacate for unauthorized occupant Even though he didnt live theyre they are trying to force him to sign a lease Even though he has his own place They have not once asked for proofnnI had got new payment card from them They did not yell me that out takers 24 hours for you to use the card So after I received my need payment card I immediately went to WalMart to pay my rent and the card was invalid 2 cards later i called corporate and it took them telling me that out takes 24 hours for the card to be active Also i had to pay late fees even though it wasnt my faultnnI was looking for a new place They told the manager of that new place that I had an authorized occupant and an authorized dog Which resulted in housing application to be denied I signed a pet lease for my dog last year And I have a pet lease Then she says I never paid a pet deposit When I have been I have proof from my bank account and I have a pet lease Then she says they dont have a deposit and I will have to pay it againnnThese people are LIARS Vindictive And evil I have ask they paper work which I taking back to corporatennThis is Moberly Place in BentonvillennThis is retaliation from me trying took move and my fiance refusing to be forced into a lease by LindseynnThis is illegal and SLANDERnnWhen you mess with people livelihood and back them in a corner you get a feeling of nothing to losennNEVER RENT FROM THEM more ... hide ...
