Cotton Plant Housing is like going to the family reunion everyday The majority of the people in these apartments have lived here most of their lives Seems that most of them are also related to someone there one way or another The apartments range from 1 bedroom to either 3 or 4 bedroom They are nice enough The 1 bedrooms dont have tubs though Just showers I believe this was a place for older residents at one time Now theres a wide range of ages The rent is fairly low and you only pay for electric The gas and water are paid You have to provide your own ac units if you want to stay cool There is basically no tv service out here so you have to rely on cable There is only one provider at this time I think Direct TV and Centurylink is the internet provider Its a pretty quiet place usually There is a no pet policy except service animals The complex was designed for older residents so not much in the way of amenities for kids more ... hide ...
