So there is an apartment pool and every time anyone wants to come to the pool the landlady always asking do you stay here what apartment and with who Like lady you dont have to question everybody like if you dont want anybody in the pool then dont have one We pay for it but get questioned every time we try to go Its disrespectful

The new manager is more horrible than the last people who were there She is very rude and disrespectful to people who have animals just because she has a sensitive smell She also doesnt have good manners when it comes to helping those with all disabilities even though you try to be openminded that shes deaf Yes she may be good at trying to keep the place fro 2021-07-31T18:36:31Z

Water leaks everywhere and every time it rained consistently for the first 4 months of me living here my ceiling leaked which she conveniently didnt tell me until I signed my lease As I type this I havent had any air conditioning in a solid 14 days since August 25th several attempts have been made to contact the manager and all have been ignored Flat out ignored Will not even respond to me No one is made to pick up after their pets Doors are unlocked constantly The lock on my door is broken and always has been Overall just a terrible place to live If given the choice Id have never decided to stay here I sincerely hope whoever reading this doesnt eithernnAs an update its December my air was never fixed and I now no longer have heat either Please please save yourself the trouble and dont ever live here more ... hide ...

This is actually a nice place to live The landlordmanager Edith listens to what you have to say and has taken care of every problem that weve mentioned in a more than timely manner The maintenance man wears a lot of hats and does top notch work It is in much better shape than the High School next door There are security cameras covering every angle and even 2019-06-15T19:51:06Z
This is actually a nice place to live The landlordmanager Edith listens to what you have to say and has taken care of every problem that weve mentioned in a more than timely manner The maintenance man wears a lot of hats and does top notch work It is in much better shape than the High School next door There are security cameras covering every angle and even on the outside For the space that you get and the quality of the apt you really cant beat the price especially for the locationnFor a place built in 1925 the owner has done an amazing job in keeping it not only together but in good condition It doesnt really have have any more problems than the regular apartment complex so Im not sure what the deal is with some of these other reviews If youre loud obnoxious or a drug user then yeah you probably want to look elsewhere more ... hide ...

I have lived at Chapel Ridge for 5 years No major problems for me The staff is great Maintenance issues have always been addressed immediately I have not had any issues with any residents I pretty much mind my own business Living in an apartment you will have to keep in mind that you have close neighbors and a shared respect for each others privacy Staff is 2018-12-13T16:42:02Z
