Assistant is rude and lazy I called her about my air conditioner not working and she immediately cut me off saying I dont work on the weekends and hung up twice I left 3 messages to their emergency maintenance line If you ask me she needs to be replaced with someone that is more professional and caring I have kids and I guess she thinks we supposed to burn u

First of all they cant keep a property manager The maintenance people are not reliable and they do not fix things Im now waiting for my ac to be fixed after calling after hours and we dont have a property manager It took months to get my lease renewed I have called Little Rock about the ac and I was referred to a sister property for assistance On top of that

First of all they cant keep a property manager The maintenance people are not reliable and they do not fix things Im now waiting for my ac to be fixed after calling after hours and we dont have a property manager It took months to get my lease renewed I have called Little Rock about the ac and I was referred to a sister property for assistance On top of that I have numerous pictures of the walking area thats never clean leading up to the doors of apartments The fitness area the pool and the basketball court is not assessable at all The rim is bent with no net and the pool hasnt had water in 3 years I have no idea where the fitness area is located I would post the photos and say more but I still have to live there

wouldnt suggest anyone to rent from here They charged my card that I paid my application fee with for the deposit before they even had an apartment available And when they did get one available 6 days after charging my card I went to see it and didnt like it immediately Bathroom cabinet door hanging off and bugs on the wall She said that that she would have

wouldnt suggest anyone to rent from here They charged my card that I paid my application fee with for the deposit before they even had an apartment available And when they did get one available 6 days after charging my card I went to see it and didnt like it immediately Bathroom cabinet door hanging off and bugs on the wall She said that that she would have one the following week but that was past my deadline to move I asked for them to return my money to my card because who pays a deposit for an apartment before they even get to view it right I cant understand why would they think it was ok They told me that the deposit was non refundable Now Im really confused because why should I had even been charged before they had one available and definitely before I even got to see it I understand business So if they would have held an available apartment and I then decided not to get it I wouldve understood them taking my 250 The whole transaction was unprofessional and they are very rude especially Camille I asked for corporates number which is Lindsey Management she told me to google it and hung up Then when I finally got ahold of them they were just as rude and told me they was not giving me my money back because they would have one next week and I informed her that I had to find something else because I had already put my notice in at my previous apartment and was due to be out I would not recommend They basically just stole 250 from me and said oh well
