Very disappointed in the new owners The trash is atrocious dirty mattress and trash left out for approximately 2 month The street light has been out for 3 years The staff took the fire extinguisher on the 9th of May and the have not been returned as of May 28th The apartment havent been sprayed for pest in a year When calling the office the Seniors are 2021-05-27T01:06:02Z

Have been calling this company for 3 weeks and Ive left multiple messages for someone to call me back for a refund I am supposed to receive and no one has returned my call AT ALL VERY unprofessional

Good Shepherd is a great retirement community and place to live I personally live at the Cove and could not be happier The managers are the best ever and are everything you could ask for I have been living here for the last 13 years and dont ever plan on leaving that should speak volumes for itself Try coming here You wont regret it
