I have stayed here for a while and I must say 2020 has been the most peaceful year thus far The management staff has done a great job on maintaining a safe well diverse environment Ketra has zero tolerance on all aspects when it comes to community standards not being met She has shown us that she is a manager that actually cares about the property and her residents The entire office staff makes our concerns their priority when previous management has shown differently I had some concerns before she came and I was about to put in my notice until I sat down with Ketra and she was able to address every one and I ended up rescinding my notice as a result You all should commend her on her continuous efforts and how hard she works to maintain this property and keep her tenants taken care of more ... hide ...
