If you are someone of color i wouldnt reccomend moving or living here Janet and Brooke are the most bias and unorganized apartment managers ive ever came across Over the course of the two years i live there i recieved countless amounts of harrassing letters threatening to evict me bc non payment of rent and bc they didnt like my dog They could never legally kick me out bc i always kept my reciepts Even after ive moved out bc i grew tired of the harrasment they give bad reports about me to my prospective landlords Claiming i owe them money I have to go through so much trouble to prove that i was a good tentant that paid on time everytime I was the only black lady in the whole aparment complex and i was constantly being falsly accused and harrassed Never was treated fairly and never invited to the apartment events they threw more ... hide ...
