Unfortunately I have nothing but bad news about the experience received from an agent that works with LACDA housing assistance The worker was so disrespectful and they also lack communication They assume that everyone is fully aware of their process They lack clearance of procedures and protocols I wonder who is training these workers I come from internal an 2022-12-02T03:42:09Z
Unfortunately I have nothing but bad news about the experience received from an agent that works with LACDA housing assistance The worker was so disrespectful and they also lack communication They assume that everyone is fully aware of their process They lack clearance of procedures and protocols I wonder who is training these workers I come from internal and external customer service for 20 years and that is not any way to speak to managers that are trying to help house individuals in need of housing Her name is Dra or Rebcashe was very rude and disrespectful towards me Not sure what her nature is but if shes in that position they lack customer service techniques Who cares about incentives received for housing you dont treat people that way over the phone she also hung up on my face when I told her not to disrespect me or talk to me as if I was some child and screamed at me stating she will speak to my manager You dont tell people to listen listen listen thats not how you speak to other professionals in the field I am beyond shocked and disappointed in this program that is fully government funded My only solid goal is to help those in need of housing and support my community So dissatisfied with this programs lack of customer service training I hosted retail customer service training in the past I can surely teach them something So disappointed more ... hide ...
