I would like to give Park Vista Apartments a 5 star rating From the maintenance staff and security to the office staff everyone is not only friendly but they go above and beyond to be helpful as well They are renovating the apartments and if anything needed maintenance they were on it I never had to call twice to see if someone was going to come fix things 2021-03-12T17:12:20Z
I would like to give Park Vista Apartments a 5 star rating From the maintenance staff and security to the office staff everyone is not only friendly but they go above and beyond to be helpful as well They are renovating the apartments and if anything needed maintenance they were on it I never had to call twice to see if someone was going to come fix things During this time of distress with covid they were understanding and helpful I never once felt that they were not there to help me out I would definitely recommend this place to anyone They maintained a clean environment I never saw trash overflowing and rarely saw police Its a smoke free environment and they enforce that as well Thank you park vista more ... hide ...

Nice property when its not tagged with gang related graffiti but absolutely NO visitor spaces and even the tenants dont get a parking space unless they own a car and visitors cant park in the tenants parking space either without getting towednnProperty has gates but they are not use which allows solicitors and transients easy access to the property The property also shares its grounds with another apartment complex which doesnt keep their buildings kept up and is an eyesorennIve had things stolen from my doorstep and my screen has been tampered with multiple times but the less than part time security is a joke All they do is drive up park for a few minutes then leave No patrolnnDogs run at large and none of them have the citys required permit and vaccinations tags fixed to their collars Im sure theyre not registered Dogs bark and are not not friendly when you walk past and the owners let them potty anywhere including the sidewalks and they dont pick up after THE ONLY person Ive ever seen with his well behaved and trained vaccinated and and city licensed dog on a leash is a guy who I think lives across from the office thats where I always saw him I forgot his name but nice guynnThe kids take the trash to the dumpsters but they dont put it in the dumpsters The trash receptacles are littered with broken bags and scattered trash and unwanted bulky furniture more ... hide ...

Its not low income and Eddie the manager was way to weird he was looking at my 1 year old girl in a disgusting way Once I noticed he was a CREEP me and my wife instantly withdrew our applications and Eddie refused to give them back to us I had to call the police In order to get our information back never gave back my social security card I was unable to pr 2019-06-18T12:39:42Z
