Ive been here nearly 4 years This is an example of a property management company that just doesnt care anymore or cant afford to carenThe gardening service doesnt even pick up the leaves or blow them out of the gardens anymore Tree limbs are overgrown and laying on the rooftops allowing the local wildlife easy access to the buildings and poses a fire hazard

Worst customer service ever Never ever have i received a call back from this apartment management Cleaned out the unit and was supposed to get our deposit back over 2 weeks ago and i cannot get a hold of management I will keep on leaving negative reviews DAILY until i get a call back RIDICULOUS is the nice word to describennUpdate 2 weeks later So i got cheated out 100 out of the deposit My grandma passed away on the 18th of January and i left a lot of voicemails to the office about that that we will be cleaning out and submitting keys her unit was licked clean and free of furniture and ready literally 2 days after and i was only able to CATCH a manager on the 9th of February i literally had other tenants outside of the office on the lookout for her cause i had no way of catching her Anyway I finally caught her and submitted the keys on the 9th of February and guess what I got charged PRORATED FEE cause the keys were submitted LATE BS and then apparently a cleaning lady came out to LOOK cause it was super clean and i she got paid 25 and i was deducted 25 for doing her job Anyway people Im warning you Ive dealt with many stuff but this is first where i am shocked at the sly ways of this management and ill keep you all posted for more

The place is kinda nice some people are real nice but then its just some kids there that are not that good Ive been living in these apartments my whole life so I pretty much know everywhere around it wish they did a little more to the thing that makes me and my parents mad is that alot of people that dont live at the apartments just like to park in our apart

In 3 years of living the Arlington Creek experience I must say I grew to love living there The previous staff seemed entirely inept oblivious to anyall California standards or law and generally did not seem to care The turnover in staff was heaven sent Very pleasant to deal with and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to tax credit periodic inspections pri

New management is completely incompetent rude and corrupt I am very surprised the owners of the apartment complex have not yet been sued The amount of consumer protection laws broken and human rights violations committed is obscenennThere is evidence of the new management engaging in Landlord Harassment Retaliation Disconnecting water without proper notice Creating a nuisance Creating a uninhabitable environment Hiring unlicensed maintenance workers Engaging in Landlord Construction Nuisance Schemes Flat out lying to tenants about what is going on Ignoring tenants concerns and rights Threatening evictions when tenants voice concerns Sending violations that have lead to evictions to tenants who voiced their concerns or complained to HUDnnHUD Lawfirms get in on this goldmine quick I guarantee that you will find gross violations taking place The tenants here need your lawfirms help and are beyond harassed by the landlord The situation is so bad that the manger had to move away from his apartment unit and office because of some tenants threatening to harm him The manager is still engaged in creating a hostile uninhabitable environment for his tenants from a remote location These predatory landlords need to be held accountable for their human rights violations Please help these tenants
