So I applied to this place beginning of may Did everything I needed to on my part but was given the round around as to why I couldnt get a move in date Still havent heard anything property manager has a very stank sarcasm attitudemichell Wouldnt recommend my time was waistedkiva is nice though she should be property manager

Management is more ghetto then the people there Erika has horrible customer service and clearly does not care about the people living there Maintenance man is unresponsive and cuts corners in anyway he can We thought everything was great until we vacuumed and found a ton of scented powder on the carpet Later the smell of animal urine began to come up My sis

The apartment complex is gated clean and has nice floor plans The main leasing agent is friendly and helpful yet the management could greatly be improved Often the manager claims ignorance on questions that they should be able to answer and makes no offer to help find a solution They have locked the rent drop box permanently therefore rent may only be paid d

The apartment complex is gated clean and has nice floor plans The main leasing agent is friendly and helpful yet the management could greatly be improved Often the manager claims ignorance on questions that they should be able to answer and makes no offer to help find a solution They have locked the rent drop box permanently therefore rent may only be paid during office hours Now for people who work a traditional 9 to 5 job this is very frustrating and inconvenient The Jacuzzi jets have been broken the entire year I lived on the property The pool is shut down for half of the year If you have guests visiting they will generally find parking difficult There are a large number of cockroaches and feral cats seen on the property The prior is simply disgusting and the pest control the complex uses cannot seem to reduce their appearance Overall with a little more maintenance and a more confident logical management this complex could be a nice place to live yet until such a time consider the pros and cons before locking yourself in a lease
