I honestly thought these apartments would be excellent to reside in The apartments are poorly constructed Why is there a power switches panel inside a bedroom It would make more sense for it to be in the washing and drying machines closet Each apartment unit does not have its own assigned parking lot spot Beware that your apartment unit can flood from the main and patiobalcony door when it rains very heavily along with strong winds in the winter season The dining area window can also flood from the winter weather There are street lights outside in the sidewalks next to the apartments but they arent on in the night which can make it hard to see the streets The laundromat of this property doesnt have a table area where you can fold your clothes to put them neatly in your laundry basket It would also be much better if the picnic area of this property had a full shaded area This apartment complex property is not fully secured with entrance and exit gates like other apartment complexes around this town The light switches in the main suite bathroom are in a unusual order along with the towel holder The light switches should have been placed by the enterance of the bathroom The only positive side to these apartments are that there is plenty of storage closets for your belongings more ... hide ...

The worst place to live Managers are always irresponsible that they ignore anything like the person in charge of maintenance I have been waiting for 6 months to fix the kitchen pipe and the light of the two bathrooms and do nothing Ive been waiting for them to spray and not one of the 3 managers who have been and are currently doing something about it H 2019-12-30T23:27:44Z

I lived at these apartments for 10 years and they slowly went from great to mediocre Management tried to get it up to par before I moved out and it does well in spurts in regards to touch ups However upper management not the managers Managers are generally cool and try to do their best Its the people above them doesnt care about its tenants there are people 2021-12-30T03:14:05Z
