If I could give it a negative star I would These apartments used to be so much better when the Mexican manager Juan was in charge His wife used to walk around every morning picking up any trash He used to move people in who were clean and decent The new manager who is now in charge a Caucasian lady doesnt know what to do with any of the apartments The trash areas are always looking nasty the apartment halls are dirty Not like when Juan was around He had the maintenance man wash the walls in the halls including the doors My neighbor who moved in 5 months ago has been telling her about her problems with the oven and the restroom and they have not till this day fixed it She says that the maintenance guy got fired and that shes been looking for someone Yet how are all these other apartments now empty getting fixed Whos fixing them if theres no maintenance guy Or are they just ignoring the people who are already renting Think twice before moving in Im just waiting for my contract is over These people are dirty especially the manager and the people she is now moving in smh more ... hide ...

It was my first apartment when I just turn 18 years old I had to leave my foster home ASAP my complaint would also be the roaches It doesnt matter how clean u are they are never ending

The place is very nice but the manager is very rude and gets into things she not supposed to and she did something very wrong to one of her tenants she got a group of people and her self and assaulted one of her tenants
