If I were writing a review for Patty the property manager itd be 5 stars She is great at her job and very caring when it comes to the needs of her residentsnnHowever the ownership of this property does not seem to care about keeping the homes safe or in proper working condition I have had continued plumbing issues during the nearly 7 years Ive lived here the hot water in our master bathroom has not worked at all for several months meanwhile Im expected to pay my full months rent during this time Additionally the carpet is ripped with staples exposed the outlets in the master bedroom work intermittently and some of the windows arent properly sealed It is what it isnnI suppose its fine if youre not planning to stay here for a long amount of time but homes require maintenance to keep living quarters clean and safe Regular maintenance does not seem to be a priority to the owners of this complex
