Great deal if you can get in Poorly constructed but still a heck of a deal Mgmt has improved to a 2 to 3 out of five from a 1 Spotty rules enforcement some people seem to be able to do whatever while others are punished for slight infractions Residents are cool for the most part but be careful with your laundry

Lived there for 6 years Small Complex of 24 units so it was quiet Complex was well taken care of and clean Small little playground for toddlers Close to I5 freeway Costco stores and shops Close to parks that are well kept in the city of Carlsbad Only negative was reception for cell phones

Love living here prosperity is well maintained and the management is fantastic she is very professional and friendly always happy to help you with a problem loving here is like living in a small town community where all thenresidents are kind and helpful to each other and doesnt meddle in others businessnId give 10 stars if possible
