not the best lots of bad folks come thru hereand live herethe lawn maintenance crew boss is rudenthe management and maintenance lade are questionablemy apartment is good water sucksn1to10 i give it a 4 Ive been here 11 years I look forward to not have to call lawyers on them when I movesome day
