My family and I have applied to join the waiting list and about 1 year later we started getting calls from Ivy at College Park to Review Sign new Paperworks and Forms about every 1 or 2 months Then about a year into this on the last meeting we went to the manger told us we should be expecting some news from Bridge Housing to see what the next step is in ab

My family and I have applied to join the waiting list and about 1 year later we started getting calls from Ivy at College Park to Review Sign new Paperworks and Forms about every 1 or 2 months Then about a year into this on the last meeting we went to the manger told us we should be expecting some news from Bridge Housing to see what the next step is in about 1 month Not hearing from them for about 10 MONTHS I receive a letter in the mail hoping that this was the final call that we could sign the final paperworks and be handed over the keys turns out it says We are currently processing your application for Ivy College Park However we have had some changes in staff and have not heard from you In order to complete your file we will need you to call the office and set up an appointment to refresh your file You will be asked to provide updated information as well Note it never said I got denied So I basically wasted my time going to Ivy at College Park to give them my information to have to restart this AGAIN and what do they mean they havent heard from me am I suppose to know when to contact them Ive been trying to hear from THEM Just complete BS

Ive lived at Meadow square for a little more than 10 years and although Ive had my share of misunderstandings with staff Debbi waiting on maintenance and being frustrated my experience at Meadow square is still thee best apartment experience Ive ever had please do yourself a favor and take my word for it when I tell you you will love your apartment so much in 10 Years Ive never seen a bug inside my unit I have only needed maintenance a few times and Debbi is fair so as long as you pay your rent on time follow the rules of the community you will have no problems This is a place that you want to live if you are lucky enough to experience this amazing community count yourself blessed
