What a terrible apartment community to think it is okay to keep a family in a unit that needs massive plumbing repairsI had no kitchen sink for well over two weeks and no access to my stove as there was a three feet deep hole in my floor for over a week Not to mention the layer of dust that has covered everything I own including our lungs as we had to stay in the home during the repairs and continue to breath the foul odors and inhale the dust particles floating around What a terrible terrible place Buckingham Property Management has done nothing to rectify the situation or compensate me for the loss and extra expenses of food during the time of repairs I am moving quicker than you can imagine as not even ONE Of my maintenance requests has been answered or tooken care of and they dont even care to try Im done Oh and since the place was full of roaches when i moved in you better believe i aint taking anything with me when i move You can keep your bugs and your terrible management Just because this is public housing and is subsidized by the housing authority does not give you reason to treat a tenant in this manner Best of luck to you and to any future residentsjust dont Trust me its worth the wait to find something else plus the locals in the community dont like new comers and have been trying to push us out since we got here No worries we get the point and were leaving Take it easy Colusa and may God have mercy on your souls more ... hide ...

The people that work in the office are really nice an helpful also this is a beautiful apartments plus the maintenance staff here do a really good job keeping the parking lot clean Great place to live
