As the mother of a renter at Cesar Chavez I report on experience of my disabled daughternJohn Stewart owner of Cesar Chavez Plaza king of cheap housing all over California may be dead Sept 2020 but his dark philosophy of hassling andor ignorning renters lives on Apparently his approx 1300 selected employees stay because theyre ok with enforcing his under the table rules RULES Youre not going to get things fixed promptly If your appliance breaks expect them to bring in a limping one from another of their units If the manager at Cesar Chavez doesnt like you shell find reasons to write you upand if youre on Sec 8 housing permit you only get 3 such writeups lease violations and then youre out of Section 8nThe external black boxes for rats havent been baited for lord knows how long Theyre filled with leaves dirt So yes rats are also tenants at Cesar Chavez And theyre your responsibility to get rid ofnMy daughter cant leave open the patio screen door as the rats that enter thru the hot water heater CLOSET kinda lounge on her patio will head straight for the open door into her apartment Why not put a trap in that closet Because closet is locked only manager andor plumber have the key We clean up rat poop one day the next day it returnsnMoreover the lockdown wiped out the Monday night gatherings of fellow renters The social worker left long before that The manager keeps irregular hoursnIf my disabled daughter had another option she wouldve moved months ago more ... hide ...

Last week when I came home I noticed there was a small red bag by my door from office It was a really thoughtful gift It made me so happy Thats why I decided to write a review about my apartment complex and say thank you to Wildhorse Terracina staff specifically RebeccamanagerI moved here 2 years ago and I love the staff They listen to me and fix any problems I have as soon as possible The first month after I moved here my oven did not work Two days after I called the office I had a new oven The maintenance needs are completed within the same day It could be the AC or toilet The guy is friendly polite and professional When I call or stop by the office I am always greeted by my name and very helpful with any of my needs The property overall is always kept clean I have lived in so many apartment around the US Ive never seen any office manager like Rebecca She is really considerate and nice I usually come home after office hours but if she is in her office she answers my question and solves my problem I say a big thanks to the team more ... hide ...

10 Stars There are not enough stars here to show the level of appreciation I give to all the onsite staff who make this complex run I have lived here for many many years and seen many different staff come and go I feel the complex is VERY FORTUNATE to have Tami and her staff here to provide EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL courteous and SPEEDY service and communication Tami and Maria in the office are amazing They field calls for inquiries and maintenance The onsite oncall maintenance is fantastic They do everything and are always oncall for after hours emergencies There is so much going on and with Covid this team has had extra paperwork and process and has stepped up and maintained the level of care and professionalism that is simply amazing given they are such a small staff The complex always looks clean and well maintained It is a joy to write this review They all deserve credit for going above and beyond every day I would also like to compliment Tami on her expert experience with understanding the low income certification process I have had others who were not as capable I am grateful to know she knows what she is doing To have a competent experienced trustworthy and organized Apartment Manager is GOLD more ... hide ...
