I had been calling for weeks about the waitlist opening and the property manager just stated that the waitlist would open October 13th at 9 am but she failed to mention it was in person and that it was only for one day When she answers the phone she sounds annoyed and doesnt give off a very welcoming demeanor I had been waiting a long time for an opportunity 2021-10-14T19:15:47Z

As a resident I am ashamed to call this my home If you are looking to live here dont find a much better place else where The management is horrible and never listens to residents There are renovations going on and the office has such poor communication with it They makes you feel like just a number and have little to know sympathy Because of these renovations they had to have us move basically everything out of our home for them to come change the cupboarbs paint add new appliances and plumming also replace the ac They replaced the ac but they left the whole ceiling uncovered and have to come back to patch it up Every time workers come in I have to leave my home for a few hours Because they couldnt finish all the renovations all in one week I constantly worry about people I dont know in my home who could steal anything of mine They arent even following state mandate mask guidelines As for the office management they are horrible at responding to anything There is clearly favoritism toward other residents If your looking to live here the only good thing about it right now is the price and even then they raise the rent almost every year There used to be such great management a couple years ago but since then they changed to new people and it hasnt been the same ever since this Place used to have a lot of community activities but since the new management taken place they have canceled all of those kinds of activities which is very sad because that is what brought the community together and made this apartment complex better more ... hide ...
