The management here is horrible Margo and Jessica are very ignorant not professional and lazy Margo does not live here so she can care less about the crime here Be sure to keep documents and follow up on everything They are only nice when they need something from you be careful because they are snakes and will play against you because they think that youre low income you can easily be manipulatednnA lot of break ins here Laundry rooms always have suspicious men smoking and hanging in there at night People walk and run in the street carelessly Parking is always hard to find Dogs wonders in the parking lot because gates are not locked Homeless people are always digging in the trash especially at night Security can be found sitting in the car sometimesnnNo matter how many times apartment get sprays roaches are always coming back because the apartment is next to fields of nothing but grass and trash It becomes a hassle because you have to move everything out and put it in the center of the roomsnnThe pricing is decent here but is not worth this trouble more ... hide ...

Be careful for manager she tries to get any money she can out of you with unknown fees I had to provide proof for her to leave me alone Make sure to keep all your receipts and especially rental agreement of deposit amount made

This place was a little rough not too long ago but has taken a huge turn for the better Not sure if it is due to new management structure or tenants or what but it really is a pleasant atmosphere now I dont live here but my Godbabys do and lately its like a brand new complex altogether VERY COOL

I loved it here The manager Marsh was a bit annoying But other than that I was happy I felt so heart broken when I had to leave when I lost my jobnI didnt qualify with my other income I lived in a 2bedroom at first which looked like a little house the one by the office Then we moved to a 3 bedroom townhouse which I really liked I gave my 30 days notice b 2018-07-09T22:02:36Z

I really hate to leave a bad review of this place because the staff and management are great but the true problem is the parking Recently the entire complex was forced into making the entire perimeter into a fire lane There simply isnt enough parking and every night I come home from work I circle the complex looking for an empty parking spot Often times I cant fine one and am forced to park in the fire lane Ive gotten a parking citation because of this and now the complex sent out an email that they were going to start towing at the owners expense One of my roommates rents a garage and uses that to park while the other roommate is parked in our one designated stall leaving me to try to desperately find a parking space Because of this I want to leave the complex before my lease is up because I dont know if I will have a car or not if I cant find a parking space Sorry Canyon Springs but I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone wishing to keep their vehicle and highly encourage everyone to avoid this complex at all costs I would also like to add that my mother had to evacuate from Auberry because of the recent fires and my home is the only place she has to go outside of a motel or maybe hotel What am I supposed to tell her Sorry your house might burn down but youre welcome here if you want to take a chance at not finding a parking place and getting your car towed Or you can pay for a hotel room you possibly cant afford because your house and all your belongings along with your job might be burning down as we speak more ... hide ...
