I was very dissatisfied with how bad the manager was so inexperienced in the application process They were not professional at all They made me come to their office several times So rude and even kept my 20000 holding deposit when I didnt show up to complete my application I had a death in my family and was under alot of stress I wouldnt recommend anyone to move there I noticed they were very rude to all the tenants as I was in their office They spoke so rude and treated their residents with bad remarks The residents were only complaining in regards to damages regarding leaks and more problems Im glad I didnt move there I know this place wasnt meant for me I have never had managers keep a holding deposit ever I advise everyone not to apply there It was not run in an appropriate matter Stay away from Palm gardens more ... hide ...

I have lived in apartments for over 15 years in various cities and states I have never had such a horrible experience with a management company in all those years I have had multiple issues since i have moved in but this last incident takes the cake On Friday 0716 I called the inform the office that my washer was broken for the 4th time in less than a year The woman on the phone told me she would put the work order in and that they would come on Monday at 10am after their 9am meeting I called at 10am on Monday morning to inform them that i would be leaving the unit so they could work on my washer in peace as i have a dog and i didnt want my dog to bother the maintenance team The woman who answered the phone Alyssa had no clue what i was referring to My work order had not been placed like i was told on Friday Alyssa made up some story of how there was a vague plumbing issue and they would get to my issue after that There was zero communication all day even though i asked for a phone call to keep me updated and i kept getting the run around Finally around 230 pm after i called several times to get the status of my work order they told me that someone was going to complete the work order in a bit Long story short my washer had to be replaced what a coincidence since i had asked the last time it broke if i could please get a new one yet my request was ignored Not only did the maintenance staff give me a filthy washer and dryer from another unit filled with pet hair and stains THEY ALSO FLOODED MY BEDROOM There was water underneath my entire bed causing water damage to my personal belongings Im so fed up with this place and cannot wait to move The lack of communication is beyond me I missed work because these people couldnt stick to their commitments Here are some other issues i have with this placenThere are ROACHES Im so disgusted by how foul this place isnThe gym has been out of cleaning supplies for weeks Instead of going to Target to buy some damn Clorox wipes from the store they gave me the lamest excuse that their wipes are on back order we are in the middle of a pandemic and you cant even provide your tenants with the proper tools to keep themselves and everyone else safe Its a jokenThere are dogs that bark nonstop and when i mentioned it to the staff nothing was done about itnThe office staff is NEVER in the office and when you address things with them they place blame on everyone and everything rather than just taking ownership for their constant mistakes I never write negative reviews but i hope i can save someone the misery of living here I cant wait till my lease is up Counting down the days more ... hide ...

I live here and its cool but they have inspections where they just give you a two day notice
