Defiantly NOT smoke free You will need to drivewalk through a cloud of smoke to get to the office All the smoking residents smoke right at the end of the sidewalk Some of the apartments near there get the second hand smoke and they now need to be on oxygen tanks its so bad The management does nothing about it even though its against Glendora Law to do so

Lack of communication Organizational skillsnAfter the first 6 months of being open I applied for an apartment There were still openings A year later after I was diagnosed with cancer I stopped by the property to check on the status of my application There was no record found The manager at that time apologized and said I can fill out another one Of course Im upset All my personal information as well as family members information is missing So I completed another application I havent heard anything from the property in 3 years I have called so many times and left voice mail I worked for GK and am aware of procedures for the waiting list Where I work I have communication with County State workers I asked for advice Not able to take time off from work to visit the property This is extremely frustration This company that hires the staff isnt doing a thorough job of there employees My past documents is MIA
