Youd never know this was a HUD building if you werent already aware Of course there re some issues but all in all its a great place

This place is just a big yikes honestly I understand they are more affordable than most other irvine apartment complexes but it doesnt make up for the fact that management is literally never in the office When they are they lock the door so no one can meet with them even if they wanted too Ive had a terrible experience living here and I feel bad for future r 2019-06-25T19:26:44Z

Very nice place Manager are awesome Brand new building Brand new appliances Wider room Good set up Excellent maintenance Nice staff Excellent living for families with kids Very quite place Quality tenants Good community
