I lived at Murray Manor from 19832018 I lived in three different apartments As my circumstances changed from needing two bedrooms to only one I moved When it came difficult to climb stairs them accommodated me with a downstairs apt Moving from there to Florida was the biggest mistake I ever made The apartments I live in now does not have the great maintenan

I lived at Murray Manor from 19832018 I lived in three different apartments As my circumstances changed from needing two bedrooms to only one I moved When it came difficult to climb stairs them accommodated me with a downstairs apt Moving from there to Florida was the biggest mistake I ever made The apartments I live in now does not have the great maintenance crew they had If something needed fixing it was usually done on the day reported or within a few days if parts were needed Here it can be weeks if not months The office staff were great Here they never answer the phone or call you back if you leave a message so you have to resort to going into the office which is not fun when it is 112 outside I may have a pool ac and a washer and dryer in my apartment but Id rather be in my Murray Manor downstairs apartment without all that stuff

I love living here The location is perfect for shopping and close to public transportation Its a safe neighborhood for walking many shops and restaurants near by we are walking distance to food store post office library and City government offices also police and fire department The management and maintenance crew are excellent They respond quickly to any

We still have a severe parking issue herenits very hard to find parkingnits very hard to park two cars comfortablynmany tenants have multiple carsnAnd the parking situation here has gotten worse again I would like to put in a suggestion if maybe youve thought about renting those available spaces at least one of them to each unit if they choose toonso that

We still have a severe parking issue herenits very hard to find parkingnits very hard to park two cars comfortablynmany tenants have multiple carsnAnd the parking situation here has gotten worse again I would like to put in a suggestion if maybe youve thought about renting those available spaces at least one of them to each unit if they choose toonso that we can safely park two cars in the parking lot I would suggest maybe charges additional 25 or 35 a month for an additional parking spacenI know this is a practice at other apartments and that way we have the safety and have no anxiety of not knowing where were going to park our cars thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to put in a suggestionnAnd like always Im so thankful for Ms Ashlee and Alfonso they are both amazing
