My colleague lived here She just moved and I feel so bad for her I remember when she first moved in last year she was super excited First week I went to visit her I saw a roach in her kitchen by the microwave She laughs it off and says its okay its only 1 every once in awhile Last month I went to her house to help her pack We moved her couch and hundreds were behind there I helped her carry a couple things downstairs because it was taken over by roachesnnThen her food Poor girl She threw away so much stuff cause couldnt deal mentally She told me she had to stop cooking cause they would crawl in her food while cooking Then after they sprayed it made it worse A neighbor stated the stuff they use the technician or professional uses is like food to those bugs Makes it so much worsennThey offer no help no assistance But to treat the unit which makes it worse It always stinks in the hallways like trash I used to hate going to her house and felt so bad with how they treat their tenantsnnThen rent is ridiculous provided how they have to live Bad neighborhood People were always fighting If you have any type of human decency dont move here more ... hide ...

This complex is mostly disabled fokesnTheres security but only 2 officers out of the security team do there job diligently with competency the rest neglect there duties to and refuse to do there jobs the right waynnAs for the complex itselfnIt seriously needs to be condemned with all the problems it hasnNot only is it for the disabled but home to several dif 2020-07-07T16:42:25Z

I just moved out of this mucking piece of ship complex I want everyone to know about Arbor Grove Apartment complex Not only is security no good The manager doesnt do her job properly She doesnt do anything to help the tenants I found homeless lowlife mother mucking drug addicts Doing drugs in my stairs I had the sheriffs come and arrested about 12 to 15 lowl 2016-11-29T18:02:05Z

I have lived at Village pointe apartments for approximately 18 to 20 years They keep up the ground very nicely and with an onsite maintenance staff they take care of maintenance needs fairly quickly
