This apartment complex and its employees are rotten I was staying with my brother in a two bedroom apartment After a year they decided to give us 30 day notice because the new owner did not want to renew our monthly contract The apartment complex stated they would not renew because we had to many late payments They stuck the notice on our door knowing we were going to visit family because of my brothers grandsons hip surgery We never had problems or complaints from them except that they did not like my homeless brother and his 3 dogs to come visit My brother parked his RV down the street so he would not bother any employee The thing is when the payment was made and late charge was paid The office personnel never mentioned the late rent payment issues was a problem The rent payments may have been late but never was a month missed My neighbors are worried that they would get a notice for their late payments One neighbor was really worried because they were 3 months behind and never receved a notice When their unemployment came in they paid for 2 months and still behind on rent Still no mention of a notice from any of the neighbors So now my brother and I are having difficulty getting another apartment because we received a notice which makes us disqualified What do yall think more ... hide ...

great customer service over the phone but they wont accept an application unless they have open apartments for the amount of bedrooms youre looking for

Nice size apartments but lack a good manager and maintenance they are not professional They are rude and two face Manager acts nice but she will turn on you if she doesnt like you You could tell she also has her favorite residence because she will let them get away with a lot of things
