Terrible Id advise anyone apartment hunting to look anywhere else Dont take my word for it just look at all the other 1 star reviews This place is absolutely infested with roaches It is a deep rooted issue encompassing the entire complex Getting an exterminator in one unit as the managers of this place are want to do will not solve the issue Speaking of which management here may as well be non existent They are never in office or seen walking the premises Have an emergency in your unit Good luck getting a hold of them All calls are sent to voicemail The Covid pandemic has offered the lazy management an excuse to not do their jobs since they are quick to give health and safety reasons as to why they are never in office Moving into one of the ground level units Good luck when the rainy season comes around You will deal with excessive flooding Managements only response is to clean up after the fact and not fix the actual cause of the issue faulty drains sliding doors vulnerable to inclement weather terrible architectural design etc etc Hope you dont have any valuable possessions kept low to the ground Water is turned off without notice weekly due to emergency repairs Hope you dont need to take a shower in the morning before work Electricity is dangerous and faulty Power goes out if you have a couple rooms worth of electronics running Dont even get me started on the rude and filthy tenants People regularly leave trash bags in public areas such as hallways and stairwells Fast food bags and candy wrappers dropped all over the floor Cigarette butts near every entrance and inside every planter Unsupervised kids running around making noise at night and knocking over other tenants property Package theft is a huge issue here Better stay home and watch the door and your tracking because if your package is delivered and left out it will be stolen in minutes But hey if all this sounds fine to you and it must be for some since they consistently have full occupancy then go ahead and move on in Be skeptical of any 5 star reviews like the one from a Jeffrey Funicello who after a quick whitepages search shows he has never even lived in Sylmar lmao more ... hide ...

ive been living here for a while i think it kinda good but at the same time it can improve but over all it not the best but not the worst thats all i have to say good day sirmam
