It is getting better now since mgmt changed to WINN forms are readable now Feelsmore professional and helpfulno longer hesitant to approach mgr actually pleasant now i have made a commitment to be more cooperative polite and also am continuing to monitor my water and power use I walk as silently as possible but downstairs neihbor still complains that i Drop things I purposely chose to live on top floor to a void the NORMAL livi ng noise that comes wit h apartment living My tv is small a nd i do nt use bass only treble and captions at all timesmy neighbors are all pleasant except for one next door418 Bc of past problems I am still using my living room as my bedroom Going on 2 years now My caregiver and i take special care to be silent in the bedroomnDay and night I dont want to disturb others no matter what past problems we may have had Live and let live I no longer am threatened to be evicted for many years9 i felt and was persecuted not only by staff but by a certain group of bullying residents I just stay in my apt 90 of the time and sadly cannot trust people here to conduct themselves with integrity So now January 2019i have no complaints fears or concerns about past issues The past is over and i b elieve Winn has effectively transformed the atmosphere of this building I am grateful for that I believe things will continue to improve if we ALL determine to have a peaceful and cooperative attitude That is my personal commitment to The Don Senior apts So far so good Thank you to our new mgmt company Winn for bringing order peace courtesy and consideration to our homes GOD BLESS YOU more ... hide ...
