Ive lived in this complex for over twenty years Overall the building is ok it could be worse but it definitely could be better The owners do the bare minimum to maintain the building and I could make a list of complaints but I dont see the necessity to do that But I will say that they never miss a chance to raise the rent they do that like clockwork Im used 2020-10-08T20:04:21Z
Ive lived in this complex for over twenty years Overall the building is ok it could be worse but it definitely could be better The owners do the bare minimum to maintain the building and I could make a list of complaints but I dont see the necessity to do that But I will say that they never miss a chance to raise the rent they do that like clockwork Im used to the conditions and Im fine with it I wouldnt recommend the building but I also wouldnt steer you away its really just an average ok place to live The real reason Im writing this review is to praise our current manager Elizabeth Over the twenty plus years Ive been here she is by far the best manager this building has ever had She is thoughtful and cares about the residents She goes out of her way to help when she can As a resident it is very nice to know that theyre is someone that cares and will do their best to help if help is needed So I will say that the one thing the New Yorker has done right since Ive been here is to hire Elizabeth more ... hide ...
