I gave 4 stars is due to our past manager Rosario who made amazing changes to our building in the short amount of time she was here Now Im giving it 1 star because apparently the owners of this building DO NOT CARE about their building or the tenants Weve had several inexperienced managers and our current manager breaks so many rules with her bf I have no id
